Overview
This document outlines recommended Oracle Learning pathways to help new customers quickly get started with TEAM Cloud, tailored to four distinct personas and aligned to the CAF Training & Readiness Plan. Persona 1: Business Users and Cloud Champions
Oracle Cloud Overview: Enrol in “Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations” to build basic understanding of cloud concepts and TEAM Cloud’s value proposition.
Sales Enablement: Participate in “Oracle Sales Cloud Learning Path” for best practices in engaging prospects and handling common objections.
