TEAM Cloud provides access to a curated ecosystem of third-party applications and solutions through our TEAM Cloud Marketplace. This page outlines how access is managed to the App Store and how the process works from both a consumer and publisher perspective.  

Any listing or solution provided by or managed by TEAM Cloud or TEAM IM is supported via ITIL-compliant New Zealand-based TEAM Cloud support services. NOTE: Support only applies to TEAM-owned offerings and excludes third-party listings.

For customers who deploy third-party applications directly from vendors, they will access vendor-provided documentation and support directly from the application vendor. 
 

Marketplace serves as a centralised hub for publishing, discovering, evaluating, and deploying cloud solutions that integrate seamlessly with TEAM Cloud Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). 

Consumer 

 As a Marketplace customer (consumer), you can perform the following tasks in Marketplace:  

  • Browse and search for cloud solutions, applications, and services that fit your business needs.  

  • Filter offerings by category, pricing model, installation type or compatibility with your existing OCI resources.  

  • Read detailed product descriptions, usage and instructions to help you make informed decisions.  

  • Deploy applications and services directly to your OCI environment with just a few clicks.  

  • Access vendor-provided support and documentation for purchased solutions. 

Oracle treats the public OCI Marketplace and all realms, regions, and Dedicated Clouds as a single unified marketplace. Therefore, to list a solution on TEAM Cloud, a vendor must first publish it on the public Oracle Marketplace.  

 Publisher

As a Marketplace partner (publisher), you can then perform the following tasks in Marketplace:  

  • List and manage your products and services, reaching both a global audience of Oracle Cloud customers and those local to TEAM Cloud.  

  • Access analytics and reporting tools to track the performance of your listings and gain valuable feedback through customer ratings and reviews.  

  • Use Oracle's partner resources and support to optimise your offerings and increase visibility in the Marketplace.  

TEAM Cloud Marketplace Access

You can access TEAM Cloud Marketplace in the OCI Console enabling you to browse and deploy solutions without leaving your OCI environment. Discover and implement cloud solutions that work with your existing TEAM Cloud OCI resources.

Providing access to Free, BYOL and PAID: 

  • Pre-configured application stacks and images 

  • Third-party software and solutions 

  • Oracle and partner solutions optimised for OCI 

Marketplace Usage Model

  • Jurisdiction: TEAM Cloud Marketplace operates New Zealand jurisdiction 

  • Procurement: Applications sourced through TEAM Cloud Marketplace require customers to review and accept the Oracle terms of use and the Publisher terms and conditions.   

  • TEAM Cloud Role: Provides infrastructure platform and facilitates access 

  • Consumer/Publisher Role: Responsible for application selection, licensing agreements, and application-level management
