We take a pragmatic approach to evaluation costs, balancing the need for customers to validate services with the reality of infrastructure and professional services investments.

Each evaluation engagement is assessed on a case-by-case basis considering: 

• Scope and complexity of the evaluation 

• Duration of the trial period 

• Resource requirements (compute, storage, professional services) 

• Technical complexity and integration needs 

• Strategic value and potential long-term engagement 

Procurement Process: 

• Initial Consultation: Contact TEAM Cloud sales team to discuss evaluation requirements 

• Scope Definition: Collaborative scoping session to define objectives, success criteria, and resource needs 

• Commercial Agreement: Order document signed 

• Rapid Provisioning: Tenancy provisioned within 1-5 business days  

Evaluation Period: Typically, 30-90 days depending on customer requirements
