TEAM Cloud’s Government Savings Offer provides significant discounts for eligible government agencies committing to a minimum public cloud spend of NZD $25,000 per month or more. 

• Minimum of 30% cost reduction on equivalent IaaS services compared with major hyperscale providers such as AWS or Azure. 

• Average savings achieved in practice have exceeded 47% for several public-sector workloads. 

• Includes free migration support for a limited time, billing in NZD (avoiding foreign-exchange volatility). 

• Supports both CAPEX and OPEX commercial models, with flexible contracting either directly with TEAM Cloud or via approved ISV/SI partners.

General Discounting Principles 

• Discounts are based on volume, term, and workload type, with options for both sovereign repatriation and hybrid migration scenarios. 

• All pricing is fixed in New Zealand dollars and excludes any inflationary indexation for the duration of the commitment term. 

• Promotional discounts are time-limited and subject to TEAM Cloud’s published terms and conditions (minimum spend, duration, eligible services). 

• After expiry of promotional or commitment terms, standard rate-card pricing applies unless a new negotiated agreement is executed. 

• TEAM Cloud applies a transparent, auditable approach to discounting, supporting clear procurement comparability and government value-for-money principles.
