Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Subscriptions​ 

  • Flexible billing model with no long-term commitment.​  

  • Ideal for workloads with variable or unpredictable demand.​ 

  • Billed per month in arrears based on actual usage of compute, storage, and networking resources.​ 

TEAM Cloud Universal Credits (TCUCs) - see TEAM Cloud Universal Credits​ 

Model:
Customers commit to an annual pool of TEAM Cloud Universal Credits (TCUC), which can be applied to any TEAM Cloud OCI services across any region, including future service releases.

Term & Commitment Options: 

  • Annual Flex 1: 12-month commitment. The usage draws down from the credit pool over the year. 

  • Annual Flex 3: 36-month commitment. Allows longer consumption period while locking in a discounted rate.  

Discount Rates: 

  • Under Annual Flex 1, credits apply at 10% discount compared to PAYG/List rates for eligible services.  

  • Under Annual Flex 3, credits apply at 15% discount compared to PAYG/List rates for eligible services.  

Usage & Flexibility: 

  • Credits may be used at any time during the contract term against any eligible TEAM Cloud OCI service in any region.  

  • Hourly, daily, weekly and monthly usage may vary - you are not locked into constant spend.  

  • If you consume more usage than your committed credits allow, the excess is invoiced monthly in arrears, at the contracted rate.  

Carry Over & Additional Allowances: 

  • For first subscriptions under Annual Flex 1, an option exists to extend the consumption period from 12 to 18 months to maximise value.  

  • You are also able to consume unused credits (up to 20% of the original subscription value) against support, managed services, professional services, and eligible software licensing provided by TEAM IM and other partners e.g. ContentWorX, Syl Enterprise Search, and other TEAM Cloud 3rd party TEAM Cloud Marketplace offerings.

Applicable Scope:
The credit model covers virtually all TEAM Cloud services listed on the rate-card and may also include eligible support, managed services, marketplace services and professional services. Services are drawn from the credit balance as used.  

All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), eliminating fluctuations due to monthly USD exchange rates. No Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases on TEAM Cloud services until at the earliest December 2026 or the end of your current service period, whichever is later. See Why Our Pricing Wins
