How to access the information
Via the TEAM Cloud OCI Console: The most direct way is to log in to the TEAM Cloud OCI Console and look for the "Announcements" icon, which provides a summary and access to a more detailed list of all notifications for your tenancy.
Via email: You can opt-in to receive email notifications, which typically go to the default administrator email address for your tenancy.
